Ticketing Information
1、Redemption:
Electronic tickets must be verified on-site, while VIP tickets require identity verification. Please ensure that accurate personal information is provided during ticket purchase to facilitate smooth entry. If entry is denied due to incorrect personal information, the responsibility shall be borne by the ticket purchaser.
2、Refund Policy:
A full refund is available for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. However, if the exhibition is canceled or postponed due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, public health incidents, etc.) before the start of the event, the organizer will formulate corresponding ticket handling measures based on the actual situation and notify ticket purchasers in a timely manner.
3、 Entry Requirements for Visitors:
must present valid identification documents (e.g., ID card, passport, etc.) along with their proof of ticket purchase (electronic or physical ticket) for admission.
